I picked this Shower Jelly from LUSH last year during some sale and as always me lazy bum didn’t reviewed it. I saw some new variations and hence thought of doing a quick review here. The concept was little new to me and initially I was finding it hard to use and then later I figured out that a small blob on loofah works well and takes hardly few seconds to  lather . But, as it takes time to melt and you need little effort to squish the jelly it was not an easy choice when in hurry.

JILTED ELF Shower Jelly is sparkling lime green in colour and is recommended to use in shower or in bath. They also suggest that it can be stored in fridge and used chilled. The consistency is exactly as the name suggests really thick and I like it best when I use straight out of fridge, it still remains soft but not slippery.

IT smells little citrusy to me and has a tingling effect too, my skin was not overly dried after using this and the smell also lingers for few hours on me and in my restroom too.

I still find a shower gel or soap much easier and will share some reviews quickly. For me it was an average product: new concept but not something I would re-purchase. It takes some effort and time and is always running in morning even if I stay at home so it is not meant for me.

On scale of 1 – 10 I would give this 6 +; Good product, decently priced, good smell but not very user friendly.

Here is one of the tip shared by a reviewer on makupalley – And I’ve mastered how to use it! You just break off a LITTLE piece, put it in your washcloth, fold the washcloth in half, squish the jelly with the washcloth, and use it! I’ve had mine since the beginning of november, and I haven’t even used half of it!
