MAC Technakohl in GRAPHBLACK is one of my all time favorite black kohl; it doesn’t smudge easily and stays good for hrs. I was in search for good kohl in rich blue color and while searching through net this came , ahhhh actually I did a Quiz on Total beauty and they suggested me this shade for MY KIND OF Eye Color , no babes I don’t have very unique eye color but thankfully I was introduced to this color by TB Quiz .
Then came my online research program and after much contemplation I picked this color and thankfully MUA at Koramangala MAC was kind enough to share some tips about this color. I was fully convinced and bought this, shelling 1050/- on a mighty pencil. I tried this color for almost 10 days and here is my review for the awesome BLUE liner, A Blue KOHL I must say!!!
- The color is awesome, mesmerizing Rich Blue, a cross between royal and navy I guess.
- It stays good for 5 – 6 hrs on my sensitive watery eyes and then starts to fades but the color is still visible on my lash line, I need to remove it with makeup remover to take all the traces of blue color from my eyes.
- It doesn’t sting my eyes, I have even tried tight lining with this and no complaints on that part as well.
- Applies smoothly without tugging, one must apply the liner in short strokes to get intense color pay off. It works honey try it out.
- They have recently added Techankohl’s in B2M, Cool isn’t it?? You can justify your splurge
- Any Cons?? Not really except the price tag …. I wish it would be little light on pocket but its MAC …. Awesome excuse for spending 1 K on twist up kohl isn’t it??
- I don’t use this on my upper lash line as I like to make a Wing these days and love thin line so no point in wasting KOHL for that.
- I would never use a MAC Kohl for Smokey eyes, Am I mad?? There are 100 other kohl’s for doing sultry smudged Smokey eyes ( read idiotic ) why only MAC kohl??

Do I recommend: I write / ask , as if you really going to pick what I mention or review ?? But, for my satisfaction, yeah this color is a worth pick from MAC Kohl’s, good pay off, no smudging , hardly any fading , awesome texture, good staying power, intense color. Try this in store and roam around and see how it excels with hot and humid climate. QUALITY Speaks, try it out and let me know how you find this.

I’m glad they B2M these, but it will take me a billion years to finish an eyeliner. I have only ever finished a single eyeliner in my life – Dior’s crayon liner. Oh I also finished Clinique’s twisty liner when I was younger and a couple of covergirl ones but that’s when I was 17. I don’t think its ever going to happen now.

Rashmi Didi .. this blue is looking very good on you. I love how you’re so cool about trying all these colours. First Green eyeshadow, Yellow eyeshadow, then Orange (Rule I think?) and now Blue eyeliners. It’s so nice to see somebody having fun with makeup. Take care and happy moving house. hello mac guru……….i must have tried this auto de blu almost 10 times in store……and loved the color more with every try……just this price tag of 1050 always came in my way of purchasing it…….and its a twist up pencil….my fav type……i really want to buy it…….
but these days the “MAC SNOOTINESS” of sales girls at mac counter ,noida has been really putting me off big time…..thats the main reason i have not purchased anything frm mac lately……..

1. Black matte e/s : MAC Carbon is the safest bet , but i would love MUFE black matte if you have access to MUFE go for that ..
2. All over lid color : MAC All that glitter is awesome color , i did the look yest .with red lipstick i hope you liked the subtle shimmer … its amazing color
3 . Blacktrack fluidline : so far so good but try clinique black gel liner as well , it is only available in black so am sure you will love it
very creamy when you compare it to MAC 😀 😀 or else MAC is also not bad ..
