MACup Look – Purple Smokey Eyes

Inspired from a Look mentioned on my mentor’s site , here is my version of wearable smokey eyes with Purple eye shadows , I have paired this with Coral lips and what better color then MAC Crosswires .. what say ??

Here is step by step easy to do Basic Purple Smokey eyes …

Applied MaryKay eyeshadow primer all over the lids , Applied MAC Star n Rockets eyeshadow on 2/3rd of the lid

Applied MAC Contrast Eyeshadow on outer corners of the lids

Applied MAC Carbon eyeshadow in the crease with MAC 226 brush

Applied MAC Brule to highlight brow bone with MAC 217 Brush

Applied MAC Dark Diversion on upper lash line with Sonia Kashuk Bent liner Brush

Applied MAC Feline Kohl on waterline and finished with Mascara

On Lips I have MAC Crosswires Lipstick and On cheeks I have MAC Fleur Power Blush

I have TheBalm Time Balm concealer in mid-medium and Clinique Super Balanced foundation in # 6 linen

    I like this combi especially coz of Contrast…I had honestly never heard of this shade until now and I wonder y..Its lends a lovely dark edgy luk to the light shade of purple…I call this the ‘Purple Dimension’ Look! 🙂 🙂

    And as usual Rash the blending is flawless :))

    hello mac guru………nice look……
    i learned three things from this look…..
    1.u can pair purple eyes with coral lipstick…..interesting….i wud have stuck to pink or even purple lipstick may be….
    2.u can pair purple eyes and coral lips with yellow clothes….no matching matching required……
    3.dark diversion is really a versatile fluidline….m glad i bought it……

      and yeah DD is good to have considering it can be paired with lot of looks 😀 and a good change from brown and black

    Stars N Rockets is such an amazing pink n lilac duo chrome. Have u tried applying it with a damp brush or layering it over a darker eyeshadow base (MAC Paint Pot)?

    suggest me mac face and eye brushes to buy in india..i enq in dubai for 187 stippling brush small–its around 2000 rs is it the same in india too ?

      I have no idea about dubai prices …
      In India 187 is around 2350/- or 50/- rs. more ….

      MAC eye brushes – 239 which is 1600/- INr , 217 which is 1100/- , 219 is 1400/- all 3 are must have honey
      MAC face – 116 Blush brush – 1600/- I think , and then 150 powder brush .. 2300/- approx. , and rest are foundation brushes which i normally dont use …
      may be will buy down the line 😀 😀
