Bobbi Brown Lip Color SPF 12 – Cosmic Raspberry

My second Bobbi Brown lipstick and am I LOVING it , Yeah I am and so will you. The color is vibrant hot pink and the name is oh so awesome, it’s Cosmic Raspberry. Nobody else swatches like My Mentor ,  hope you agree with me on this, and that is how made my mind to buy this without even trying.

Although this one was purchased from “Duty Free” at Swarnbhumi Airport but you can easily pick this from H E R E and hey am not associated with brand or the online site , just my two cents to help you with availability.

Cosmic Raspberry is described as Bright Pink Fuchsia , there is no shimmer or glitter just satiny feel to the awesome looking Hot pink color which is blue based but looks very wearable on my skin tone and I think it will look good any skin tone and undertones.

And this is how it looks on me , I have The Balm Time Balm concealer in mid-medium and The Balm TM

This is not a review just my first time with the lipstick on and I clicked this pic in the night at around 8.00 so definitely no natural light picture here, will post FOTD with natural light to let you know how it looks on my NC 41 skin tone (yeah I am diagnosed with new shade at MAC by lovely MUA Namita and I thank her for this revelation)

How did you liked this color on me?? I can finally say I found lovely HOT PINK Shade to sport and tell you “my special one” was super happy to see this on me and am glad , my online purchase was BANG ON perfect hit … what say??

I mean not online kind of but yeah in a way right , it was purchased from Duty Free but without even swatching ??

    nice mac guru…….but the name of lippie is so misleading….the shade is hot pink and not raspberry…….
    and ur nc 41…..kaise…kabhi n eutral kabhi nc kabhi nw……???

    Huh? You NC 41? It cant be! I’m NC 40 right now and definitely darker than you. Anyhoo you look so smashing in this. I don’t like this kind of hot pink (I LOVE MAC Gulabi, it just brightens my face or Chanel Orchidee which is an orangish bright pink). But you look fantastic as always.

        I don’t think so. MAC MUA’s always give you a shade darker of foundation. Ask for a sample of NC 41 to take home and see how it reacts on you. Foundations always oxidize on me. But we don’t have NC 41 here, maybe I’m NC 41 too? I got tested for foundation for Face and Body and I was C5, I thought it looked natural but when I got home, my mom was like why are you so dark? lol it oxidizes and the mua’s are almost always wrong.

    Love the BB lippie – very pretty – it wears really blue on me too so i top it with BB lip gloss Bright Pink 30 to neutralize that.

    NC41????????????? U’r kidding…u mean u and karen of MBB are the same colour? that’s ridiculous. Finding the right colour is indeed a task in itself without the added confusion of the SA convincing u that u are a wrong shade too. Did u test it on u’r face under natural sunlight and re-check at intervals of 2 hrs? Best way to be sure is to ask for samples one shade up and down as well – bring them home and test at u’r leisure under diff lighting conditions. I’m still sure u’r an NC 37 max. And whatever happened to u being neutral?? Still waiting on how u got to that?

      and yeah am still not able to digest the fact that am NC 41 according to her and am on hunger strike .. so you can say this is good in a way ….
      i will prove myself NC 37 or little less and then mail her …

        Because its a ‘mid’ shade formulated specifically for india/ middle east and they are pushing it hard…probably getting rid of the stock 😉 So unless u’ve been ‘bleaching’ u’r photos AND doing yard work or toasting u’r self whilst waiting for Anmol to get back from school there is no way u r NC 41 🙂 Btw don’t fret…its happened to me too…i am NC 25/ 30 (winter/summer) n it’s been consistent across all mac’s except india – yup a gleeful SA told me that i’m an NC41…and i was like right…i sooo want to look like a pumpkin patch!

          ohh yeah get that 😀 Isha i have lot of baby hair near my ears but never bleach NOW .. I use to but then MUA friend told me not to do although am so confused as to how to get rid of those ugly looking black hair … ahhh
          and as far as getting myself tanned ?? I do look after myself very well and guess there is no tan as such but when i look at my NC 35 pan now i do think its white for me … but i will def. find out in next ten days what color i am 😀 😀

            – what did u’r mua friend say about bleach?
            – 10 days to find what colour u r…why this particular length of time?

            ahahaha no my friend said its not a good idea and moreover am also not comf. with bleach honey

            but do you bleach your face ??? I want to yaar but when i see my pics the golden hair looks so horrible 🙁 🙁 esp. with flash

            and ten days hahhaha nothing just that am also curious to know so said that in a whim 😀 😀

    You in NC 41. They had matched me to NC 40 Rashmi, and you are definitely fairer than me. NC 40 looks a bit dark on me. One evening I was wearing it and my husband is like why are you looking so dull & dark. So, I guess MAC MuA have a tendency to sell their NC40+ shades to Indian ladies. 🙁
    MUFE MuA matched me #123 in HD foundation range and it matches perfectly & looks very natural on me.
    I am now curious to know your foundation shade.

      in MUFE HD i do wear 125 but i think 128 is good match for me
      i will def share my shade
