NARS Luster Blush – a must have for summers

A Blush from NARS , not new in my collection but yeah definitely one of my HG these days , I wanted to try this color for such a long time and grabbed this while SEPHORA sale was on and that’s the only thing I look for when there is any sale .. especially on SEPHORA …

Wanna own most of their blushes ….

LUSTER is described as sheer golden apricot on their site and from the shade itself there is no great feeling about the Blush but guess what don’t judge the product by its packaging and that’s is what happened with this Blush …. Looks Blaah in Pan and on cheeks ?? Well come lets see how it looks on my NC 35 Skin tone

The color looks super natural on me kind of peach Bronze color with enough shimmer to look good in hot summer days … I don’t think twice while wearing this blush its my good to go blush for the extra glow from within adds soft natural focus to my face which is noticeable in a good way

All the NARS Blushes have super shimmer in them or say the ones I have reviewed so far but again I never find the gold chunks looking odd … they just settles and looks like natural glow

Its perfect for day time and for night as well however I do love to mix 2 colors while I wear this in night … adds much depth to the color

The peachy brown shade has enough shimmer to make the color more adorable and easy to carry …. would look lovely on fair skin tones while on darker skin tones I do admit you have to layer this otherwise it will look like a golden highlighter

I love NARS Deep throat and Luster for easy to wear kinds and that shows on my skin too for others I do need to be little careful … Like Taos or Exhibit A ….

and this is how it looks on me I have MUFE HD concealer and foundation

And please the foundation is a complete match It is just the FLASH which is making me crazy and I want to post 10 pics here to justify myself … but guess settled for only 3 to make sure you don’t think am mad and using wrong foundation shade ….

This makes my NARS Blush stash completes … but hey I still have some more … I mean one more to show you guys but before what are your thoughts for this wonderful color ???

      i have MAC’s Enchantress lipglass and on eyes i have woodwinked with humid in crease and just in inner corners 😀

        Rashmi the whole look is very pretty…how would u compare MUFE D14 to MAC Enchantress l/g? I’m looking for a sheer peachy pink gloss with gold glimmer – i would normally go the mac route but was wondering about mufe as the swatch u posted looked pretty. So what’s u’r reco?

          thank you so much dear 😀 😀 ….. i would suggest go for MAC Enchantress its more pigmented although not like D 14 ….. i mean texture is polls apart … MUFE is not at sticky
          D 14 is very sheer in front of mac enchantress ….
          blindly go for enchantress 😀

    Suits you well Rashmi…..Good job!

    Btw I have been using Ecotools Finishing Kabuki Brush ( similar to stippling brush) to apply foundation….and its wonderful….takes 1/2 time to apply a flawless finish and another tip I got from a video…..take a empty CD and put a dab of foundation on that…..and then use stippling brush to dip in that and apply….no wastage…and every drop used on face.

      Thanks!!! Definately try it….you will be amazed….same can be used for pigmented blushes….first dust it on the cd and then layer it on the cheeks…..you can go for as light as you want to as heavy as you want.

    This is a fabulous blush for sure..And it suits you so well. Its not like a blushy blush which add color to the cheeks, but its a blush which simply enhances your natural skin tone. This is perfect for u Rash! Love this one!..

            Hehe..Actually, I wanted to but dint know how to put in my pic. Then a friend at work told me how and I went and logged in after returning home..so just tried it out 🙂

    LOVELY. Can you do a comparison post with MAC Margin if they are similar? BTW, I love the entire look…it is so beautiful and you look gorgeous in the second last picture. Taos…OMG I need to review it too…its sooo pigmented. But if applied with a VERY light hand, it is gorgeous – the most gorgeous pink ever,

    what a wonderful shade…..i guess this answers my question i had asked u on fone one day…..
    if u have to have only one blush in ur kitty that goes well with almost all looks……i guess i cud be NARS LUSTRE….
    very pretty on u….
    and i m realy jealous…all mac lipglasses look so wonderful on ur lips…but wen i got to mac store and try them myself they kinda look blah on me……u still didnt tell me ur secret ….hw all mac lipglasses look so good on u…..;-p
