Only One Word – Red Hot FIRE all the way … DARE TO WEAR ?? yeahh but why on earth I picked this ?? What was going on my mind when I picked this one ??
It looks scary and uninviting in pan and on cheeks it looks totally confusing am seriously not able to decide whether to hate this or love myself for picking this … of course being a beauty blogger you definitely need to experiment , there is no way to sit back and relax and keep yourself surrounded with safer colors why the hell then am blogging about beauty or spreading a word about the undiscovered things ?? Hope you agree with me and would like to see this color not only finger swatch but how it looks on me …
To tell you one thing here … I had this draft for the past so many days and I though I would post just the pics of products and not me coz I tried hard to use this but the outcome was never satisfactory .. but then I thought is this we call CHEATING ?? So I picked one fan brush from online store and was waiting for it to arrive so that I can try the color and show it to you and as I received my fan brush yesterday, here I am with the Blush …
I have no idea how you like it on me but my initial thought when I opened the pan were WHY THE HELL Did I picked this color ?? Goshhh I still wonder why I thought of using this color … its fiery orange red with no shimmer or glitter as NARS blushes are famous for the shimmer overload its one of the matte ones from the brand which is cult favourite or say Blush lover favourite …
The amount of blush on Fan Brush , its Jane Iredale Fan Brush which I purchased from Strawberrynet.com … guess no more online shopping reviews from me
And this is how it looks on me before and after and in natural light … some of you would make fun of the extra effort but I want to deliver my best and show you how much difference it makes before and after
Sorry the sun was at its peak and it was hard to open eyes properly and smile at the same time ….It does looks nice and wearable when applied with light hand and preferably with Fan Brush …. what say ??
Now a little comparison shot between two RED’s I have – NARS Exhibit A and MAC’s Frankly Scarlet Blush
Very well clear from the pic EA is more of orange based red color while FS is more on pink side and here is me wearing MAC Frankly Scarlet
Here are comparative swatches , NARS EA is more of a orange based color while MAC FS is more on reddish pink side , both are matte and very pigmented , glides well stays long , should be used very lightly to give the glow , best applied with fan brush or skunk brush
Which one would you prefer Safer colors or more Daring colors ??? I am in love with the color but I know this is the end of the road for buying more red color blushes for me I would rather invest in some easy to wear color but you have any doubt about this .. am I looking scared or at ease ???
I loved yout the fan brush Rashmi 🙂 and it looks so beautiful…Sadly I dont have any single red colour blush and only option is MAC FS.

burnt orange lips and dark fiery orange-red blush….! what a killer combo… but its not overdone rashmi…. it pops a bit in the flash pic, but is might fine in the natural one… there is such a difference in the way makeup shows up in pics and real life.. and under diff lighting conditions!

Well, this shade is definitely not for the faint hearted…When I saw the first pic, I was like ‘Whoa! What is that!!’ 🙂 But when I saw the pic of u after application, it doesnt seem bad at all…sach me..It gives a nice look 😉 Agar ladka hoti to pakka line maarti! 😉 I thought it would come off as a tomato-ish shade, but its really pretty..It makes ur cheeks pop out..pretty, pretty.
I guess the key to wearing this shade is to control the amount..And I do love the overall look..What do u have on ur lips? Its a really lovely shade..
And ur perfectly right..one has to explore different shades and only then would we learn..Experimentation is the key!! 🙂

Hey rashmi, if you have a 187 or dupe, it will apply beautifully with that 🙂 and if you’re really scared, you can buff it in with a kabuki! Maybe even dust a little powder on top for a glowing from within kinda look!
Btw, probably not buying anything from sephora’s sale!

though honestly i wont buy this blush primarily because i just dont knw hw to apply blush as beautifully as you…..and i have a tendency to use a heavy hand while applying blushes…..and i dont have proper blush brush (i knw its dumb). so with such a pigmented matte blush i might look as clown……
but look as ur cheeks ……they are glowing…and only u can carry off bright lips with orange blush……………..that too so welll…without looking over the top………seriously……i am not a fan of bright and loud colors esp in blushes but nars exhibit has taken me over………….
and again…..will u kindly bestow upon me the lipshade and lipgloss that u r wearing………its super bright but super cool…..blush to use nahi kar sakti but lipstick to try kar sakte hai

I think we need both 🙂 The normal, everyday use type of blushes and then the “daring” types as both provide a good balance. You look lovely with Exhibit A…I don’t think you are faint-hearted though. It takes a lot of guts to have a cool and honest beauty blog like yours.
P/s – Took your advice and picked up Benefit Bella Bamba blush blindly when I was hurrying through duty free recently. Hope it will look half as good on me, as it does on you 🙂
